Webmail

Every hosted domain gets its own webmail at webmail.yourdomain — read and send mail from any browser, no client setup needed.

Signing in

Visit webmail.yourdomain (e.g. webmail.example.co.uk) and sign in with the full email address and the mailbox password. The general webmail.tdesk.uk is also available for any mailbox.

Contacts

Webmail has a built-in address book. To bring contacts from another system, export them there as a vCard (.vcf) file, then in webmail go to Settings → Contacts → Import and upload the file. Export works the same way in reverse.

Identity & signature

Set your display name, reply-to and signature under Settings → Identities. The display name is what recipients see, so set it once when you start using a mailbox.
