Discounts & coupons

Discount codes are entered by shoppers at checkout to reduce their total. Manage them under Ecommerce → Discounts.

The discounts list

Each discount shows its:

• Code — what the shopper types at checkout.
• Description — an internal note on what it's for.
• Type — percentage or fixed amount.
• Value — the size of the discount.
• Uses — how many times it's been redeemed.
• Expires — its end date, if set.
• Status — whether it's currently active.

Managing discounts

1. Use Add Discount to create a new code.
2. To remove a code, click Delete on its row.

Active codes are accepted at checkout and applied to the order total. Share a code with customers for a promotion, then deactivate or let it expire when the offer ends.
