Mailing lists

Mailing lists let one address deliver to a whole membership — clubs, newsletters, internal announcements. Members can be managed from the panel without touching individual forwarders.

Creating a list

1. Go to Mail → Lists
2. Click Create list
3. Pick the domain and the list address (e.g. news)

Managing members

Open the list to add or remove member addresses. Mail sent to the list address is delivered to every member. Members can be on any domain — they don't need a mailbox with us.

Deliverability note

List mail is sent with full SPF/DKIM authentication like all TDesk mail. Large lists with many stale addresses generate bounces that can hurt the list's reputation with big providers — prune addresses that bounce repeatedly.
