Mail Services
Mail Services is the operational view of mail across the platform — server config, per-domain authentication, and the outbound queue. Find it under Hosting → Mail Services. (To create individual mailboxes, see Mailbox management.)
Overview
- Domain mail authentication — each mail domain with its mailbox count and queue, and its DKIM/SPF/DMARC status.
- Postfix queue — the outbound mail queue, broken down by Active, Deferred and Hold, so you can see if mail is backing up.
DKIM & authentication
Set up DKIM signing per domain from the DKIM section so your outbound mail is signed and trusted. SPF and DMARC alignment are handled alongside it. See Spam filtering & DKIM for the detail.
Whitelist & blacklist
Use the whitelist to always-allow senders and the blacklist to always-block them, overriding the spam filter for those addresses or domains.
Your mail settings
Under your own mail settings you can choose the antivirus engine (e.g. ClamAV), the spam filter, and the webmail engine for your account's mail.
Spam filtering itself is handled by MXGuard, the AI antispam gateway included on every domain.
