Calling rates

Calls are pay-as-you-go, per minute, from your balance. Rates are grouped into national and two international tiers, and are kept current automatically.

The rate tiers

• National — UK calls, the cheapest rates. The big advantage of FreeVoIP.
• Value (international) — low-cost international routes; great value on common destinations.
• Premium (international) — higher-quality/higher-reliability international routing where it matters.

Caller ID & national rates

To get the cheap national rates, your line must send a valid UK Caller ID (the number shown to the person you call). Set your outbound Caller ID on your line in My VoIP — without it, national rates don't apply. Setting your own outbound Caller ID is free.

Optional & included services

Most calling features (voicemail, forwarding, IVR, ring groups, queues, music on hold…) are included free. A few premium extras are charged only when used — call transcription, call recording, caller-ID name lookup, and SMS/MMS — each priced per unit.
