VoIP & FreeVoIP overview
TDesk includes cloud telephony — FreeVoIP. Get a phone number, point it at any device or softphone, and make/receive calls over the internet at low per-minute rates. Manage everything from Communications → VoIP (your My VoIP panel).
What you get
- Numbers — UK local (DID), FreeFone (0800/0808) and Non-Geo (03) numbers.
- SIP lines — one or more sub-accounts you register from a phone, softphone or PBX.
- Low call rates — national, plus value and premium international routes.
- Included features — voicemail (with email delivery), call forwarding, IVR/menus, ring groups, call queues, music on hold, custom caller ID and more — free.
- Pay-as-you-go balance — calls are billed against your balance; top up when you like.
