Orders

Every purchase through your storefront becomes an order under Ecommerce → Orders.

The orders list

Each row shows:

• Customer — who placed it.
• Items — how many items in the order.
• Total — the order value (VAT-inclusive).
• Payment — which gateway took payment (Stripe / PayPal) and its state.
• Status — where the order is in its lifecycle.
• Date — when it was placed.

Working an order

1. Click View on an order to see its full detail — line items, quantities, totals and the customer.
2. Use the status to track fulfilment.

Orders are linked to your shop customers. The newest orders also appear on the Overview.
