Managing clients

Your clients are the customers you host and bill. In reseller mode you create and manage them, assign plans, and invoice them.

Adding a client

  1. Go to the Customers area and add a new customer.
  2. Enter their company / contact name, email and contact details.
  3. Assign a Client Plan to set their quotas.
  4. Save. The client now has an account scoped to the plan's limits, owned by you.

What you can do for a client

  • Provision their domains, mailboxes, sites and databases within the plan quotas.
  • Change their plan as their needs grow.
  • Invoice them and take payment.
  • Manage everything on their behalf from your panel.
