Managing clients
Your clients are the customers you host and bill. In reseller mode you create and manage them, assign plans, and invoice them.
Adding a client
- Go to the Customers area and add a new customer.
- Enter their company / contact name, email and contact details.
- Assign a Client Plan to set their quotas.
- Save. The client now has an account scoped to the plan's limits, owned by you.
What you can do for a client
- Provision their domains, mailboxes, sites and databases within the plan quotas.
- Change their plan as their needs grow.
- Invoice them and take payment.
- Manage everything on their behalf from your panel.
