Billing your clients (reseller mode)

TDesk has a built-in billing system so you can run hosting as a business — take on your own clients, provision them, and invoice them, all from the panel. No separate WHMCS or billing platform needed. This is reseller mode.

What reseller mode gives you

• Client Plans — your own hosting packages (quota templates) at your own prices.
• Clients — manage the customers you host and bill.
• Invoicing — raise invoices to your clients, take card/PayPal payment, send receipts.

Turning on reseller mode

Reseller mode is enabled on your account by the platform operator. Once it's on, a Client Plans entry appears in your sidebar and you can begin setting up packages and clients. If you want it enabled, contact support.

How it fits together

1. Create your Client Plans — the packages you sell.
2. Add a client and assign them a plan.
3. Invoice the client and take payment.

You set your own prices and keep the margin — TDesk bills you for your account; what you charge your clients is entirely yours.
