Shop customers

Shop customers are the people who buy from your storefront — separate from your TDesk account and from hosting customers. Find them under Ecommerce → Customers.

What you can do

• Look up a buyer and see their contact details.
• Review their order history.

Customer records are created automatically when someone checks out — you don't add them by hand. Each customer links to their orders.
