DNS health checks
DNS health checks verify a domain's DNS is set up correctly — nameservers, essential records, and mail authentication — and flag anything wrong.
Running a check
- Open the domain from Active Sites.
- Open its DNS health section — the check runs and lists each item as pass or fail.
- Fix any failures (e.g. a missing record), then re-run.
What it checks
- Nameservers point at TDesk.
- Core records (A / MX) are present and sane.
- Mail authentication (SPF / DKIM / DMARC) is in place.
Use it after pointing a domain at TDesk or changing records, to confirm everything resolves.
