MXGuard antispam

MXGuard is the AI-powered antispam gateway that filters inbound mail for every domain on TDesk — included free. It scores each message and blocks, quarantines or tags it accordingly.

How it works

  • Mail for your domains passes through MXGuard before delivery.
  • A machine-learning model scores each message; clearly bad mail is rejected, borderline mail is quarantined, and the rest is delivered (suspect mail tagged).
  • It runs automatically — no setup needed beyond your MX pointing at the platform (handled for hosted domains).

Managing it

  1. Review quarantined mail and release anything caught by mistake.
  2. Use the whitelist/blacklist (in Mail Services) to always-allow or always-block senders.
  3. Make sure your outbound DKIM/SPF/DMARC is set so your own mail is trusted.
