Licences & plan tiers

The Licences page is where you choose your account's licence tier — the plan that sets what your account can do (how many domains, mailboxes, databases and so on). It works like Plesk's Web Admin / Pro / Host editions: pick the tier that fits, and its quotas apply to your account.

Choosing a tier

  • Each tier lists its quotas and what's included.
  • Select a tier to apply it to your account — its limits take effect immediately.
  • New accounts can take the free trial once; after that you choose a paid tier.
  • An account on the "none" tier has no resources yet — you'll be prompted to pick a plan before you can add domains, mailboxes or databases.

For server operators

The same tiers act as per-server panel licences. If you run TDesk on your own hardware (Bring your own server), each server is assigned a licence tier; admins see how many servers are on each tier and which are unassigned, and assign tiers on the Servers page.
