Per-customer isolation
Each customer's sites, files and databases are isolated from every other customer's on the platform — a key security property of TDesk hosting.
What this means for you
- Your files live under your own account area; other customers can't read them.
- PHP runs per-customer, so one site can't reach another's document root.
- Databases are owned by your account.
- SFTP access is scoped to your own files only.
You don't configure this — it's how the platform is built. It's why a compromise of one site doesn't expose others.
