Two-factor authentication

TOTP-based 2FA is available on every account, strongly recommended for resellers and anyone whose panel access matters.

Enabling 2FA

  1. Go to SettingsSecurity
  2. Click Enable 2FA
  3. Scan the QR code with Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password, or any TOTP app
  4. Enter the 6-digit code to confirm
  5. Save the recovery codes somewhere safe — you'll need them if you lose your phone

Logging in with 2FA

After your password, you'll be asked for the 6-digit code from your authenticator app. The code rotates every 30 seconds.

Lost your phone?

Sign in with a recovery code instead. Each recovery code works once; you have 10. Once you're signed in, immediately re-enrol 2FA on a new device and generate fresh recovery codes.

If you're completely locked out

Email support@tdesk.uk from the email address on the account. We'll verify your identity and reset 2FA on your account.
