Client Plans

Client Plans are the hosting packages you sell to your clients — quota templates you define once and assign to each client. They're available in reseller mode, under Client Plans in the sidebar.

Creating a plan

  1. Go to Client Plans and add a new plan.
  2. Give it a name (e.g. "Starter", "Business").
  3. Set the type — web hosting or email-only.
  4. Set the quotas — domains, mailboxes, databases, disk space, bandwidth, and any included add-ons.
  5. Optionally set an RRP (your recommended retail price) for your own reference.
  6. Save. The plan is now available to assign to clients.

Pricing

Client Plans are quota templates — you decide the pricing. TDesk doesn't charge per plan; it bills you for your own account usage. What you charge your clients (and how) is up to you — you invoice them through the billing system.

Assigning a plan to a client

Open the client under Clients and set their plan. The plan's quotas are applied to that client's account.
